I spent more than 32 years leading a fully self‑supporting continuing education division, building programs, cultivating partnerships, and generating well over $10 million in revenue. I know what it feels like to create meaningful impact while carrying the weight of responsibility, navigating isolation, moving through divorce, and holding space for others. I also know the quiet, often invisible weight of being a caregiver and how easily your own needs can disappear in the process. Over time, the pace and pressure led me to ask what truly matters. What grounded me then, and still does, is knowing that impact matters.
